This fic was actually amazing!!!!!!
The way you introduced the world which only slightly differs from our own, and the sort of slow and believeable escalations in regards to how Sirens were being dealt with by different countries meant that I was totally sucked in, it felt really realistic. Also the way the situation was escalating for Joonmyun and the pressures of the outside world for him, his moral compass vs. his own fears, man everything was great. Your characters were fantastic and I was so excited reading to see when the next Exo member would turn up (I squealed a little when the first contact Joonmun had was Chanyeol 'cause he's my second bias after Chen and I was like "heck yeahhh!!")
My heart was actually pounding when he was at the camp and waiting to tell the others they were going to be broken out, I don't know if a fic has ever done that for me before, books certainly have, but I usually don't like to compare fic and published work but this story was so solid??? Like awesome plot, good characters, well explained, well thought out. I have died and gone to heaven. Anyway I'm sorry if this comment is absolute trash I don't even know how to explain my feelings right now I'm just a big mess of excitement because I went into this like oh cool a new OTP fic great! and came out of it like DAMN THAT WAS COOL I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT WAS A FIC WITH MY OTP I LIVE IN A BEAUTIFUL AGE!

I finally got around to reading this (i say that a lot to you) in the throes of sobbing over my own fic writing and I have to say I think this (and the little sequel extra) is probably my favourite fic from you this was just so
idk I love this kind of story and I love suchen and I love the whole sirens idea and everything about it ;;;;

This fic was absolutely amazing, and had me entirely engrossed way too late into the night, when I probably should've been sleeping since I had/have work tomorrow 8'D ah well

I absolutely LOVE the idea of voices having that sort of power, because, in a much lesser way, for me especially, they kind of do 8'D music (and especially music from some of the idols featured in this fic) really influences me and my moods/emotions xD All day I've thought about who else was probably in a Siren camp somewhere, thinking of all the amazing singers the Kpop industry has 8'D idk, this world and these ideas just really resonated with me! It was a super cool idea and I'm so glad you wrote it <3 (and so glad I was looking for suchen fics and happened to find it LOL)

also, i am just going to pretend that Jinki and Ryeowook also made it out and everyone was okay >:C pls don't tell me otherwise or my poor little heart will break ;o;

anyways, thank you so much for the lovely read <3 I wish it was actual book-length with chapters and everything--it was seriously that awesome <3

That's good ;u; you weren't specific about who all got out and who got left behind besides the main ones, so I was just kind of imagining Jinki running around in the woods all confused LOL
